It's been a couple of months since the job was totally new, but best wishes regardless, hope it's working out.

Eliminating coffee, dairy, gluten products, and added sugars for 3 weeks was huge in fixing a few issues. Adding them back in after, I discovered I can eat/drink any of them, within limits. I guess my tolerance goes down as I get older.

Hope you're enjoying summer!

Patty

Congratulations on your new job! And for your Whole 30 success. That is a hard thing to do. The knitting, as always, is beautiful!

Carole

A new job!? Hooray for you! I hope it's a much better fit with a lot less drama.

Vicki

Beautiful colors. Exciting developments!

If you find Whole 30 to be really helpful to you, the next step would be to learn about the Autoimmune Protocol diet (AIP). There are some great facebook groups that are very supportive since the AIP diet is difficult. It is very helpful to people with Hashimoto's and other AI disorders. Google it if you want to learn more. :-)

Lovely color combination in the cowl. Happy you found your knitting mojo and a new job. A real twofer.

Jo

Congratulations on your new job! I love the knitting in this post--it is an inspiration for color work!

So good to hear from you and that you're finding ways of balancing life. The new job sounds nice and hopefully it will be less stressful. I'm thinking about a big change in my life, too.

It sounds like your life is full of good things right now! Your cowl is beautiful -- what a great way to play with color combinations. :-) Good luck with your new job. I hope it brings the balance your need into your days. XO
