Whew....they're finished! I LOVE, love, love how they came out, but these were not the easiest of socks to knit. Anne's sock patterns usually have a very easy flow to them and I can usually toss aside the charts early on, but not so with this pair. I had set these aside during the summer for some easy beach knitting, so I waited for the cooler temps and quiet days to get back at knitting these. I'm so happy that I didn't toss them in the UFO pile! Speaking of that pile, I am working on finishing a few things up including another challenging sock.
I am really pleased with how Pearl knit up......beauiful stitch definition and still soft. Yay...I can't wait to wear them!
Oh Gosh! BEAUTIFUL! Anne creates lovely patterns and you've make some great socks from this one. I've used your Pearl yarn for socks, and I LOVE IT. I bet these really feel good on the foot.

So pretty! I love how lace socks look, but these days I'm too brain dead for anything other than simple, simple knitting.

I just received some Pearl I ordered from Kim in the New England Red colorway, and I can't wait to knit with it! Beautiful, beautiful yarn.

Love the color and the pattern! They marry well. Any pair of socks is an accomplishment, but this pair is exquisitely in every way.

Love those, I've had them in my queue since they were released, just need the right yarn and haven't found it yet.

Beautiful socks!

A non-knitter would have a hard time understanding that much effort for a pair of socks--however, I am a knitter and blown away. They are so beautiful and somehow the softness of the yarn seems to shine through the pictures!
