Lovely gifts, just the thing to cheer you up. Do you suppose if I planted sunflowers the sun might get the hint that I want it back?

Lorraine

Kim- You have nice friends because you are a nice person.

(Not that nice, or you would have shared your caramels!)

jody

You are the Queen Bee! And the best kind of friend - many thanks for your kind words.
p.s. bring the bee to Rhinebeck so that I can touch it!!!! LOL

I love all of the information about the bees. I had emailed Anne with regards to where she found the bee pin, and she told me that she had already ordered the last one, to send to you. You should have it, and I thought of you when I first saw it. Lovely! I've become even more fond of bees because of your blog. I love your blog!

woolies

Such beautiful gifts! And yes, good old menopause....
Your yard is like a fairytale - I SO miss the east coast.

:0)

Teyani

Somehow I had in the back of my mind that Anne MUST have gotten one of those bee pins for your too ;-D When she posted it on her blog, I truly wondered. Leave it to Anne to be so wonderfully thoughtful!
Such lovely friends mean that your too are a lovely person ! indeed!

sherri

"maybe it is menopause (eeekkk)"... had to comment- there are days i can hardly knit a dishcloth (and this with 38 years experience)so i wouldn't underestimate what those hormones might be doing to your mood. horrible things, in my opinion but with the help of friends (and you apparently have some lovely ones!) we will all get through it!!!makes me happy just to look at your gifts! thanks for sharing!

JessaLu

We share the honeybee love so let me just say I'm so coveting that milk jug. ;o) Lovely gifts!

Danielle

You have wonderful friends!

Jewel

It's no surprise that you have such wonderful friends, Kim. You are a wonderful person!!

Marcia

What lovely gifts....and what great friends! That should help you feel better! (Love that little jug!)

gayle

That is the sweetest bee...
Is it too sappy to point out that you obviously have the kind of friends you deserve?

Anne

You know, it's funny, but when (the other) Anne posted about the bee pin, I immediately thought of you.... so it MUST have been meant to come live at your place.

What a nice group of lovely friendship gifts!

Carole

What wonderful gifts, Kim!

Kathy

The change of seasons can be funk inducing. We love you too!! xoxo

Jean

Like Margene, I think of you when I see anything about bees. lol. That pin is awesome! So is the pitcher and bag! Thanks for being nice and not mentioning the planter is empty because I killed the seedlings I was going to put in it. lol!

Manise

What wonderful and thoughtful prezzies! I saw that bee over at Anne's and knew you'd be smitten in a heartbeat. Hang in there. I think your hunches are correct. Been there and I'm slowly making my way through it.

margene

When I see bees I can't help but think of you! Grrlfriends are the best!

anne

awww! i was so surprised to open your blog and see that bee already happily buzzing around your environment! i'm so glad you like it!
