It is with a very sad heart that I post of Miss Shelley's passing.
This little dog possessed an endearing sweet soul and a mischievous spirit. I will forever miss my dear companion, but I am thankful and blessed to have been able to spend almost 11 years with this sweet baby.
Cavaliers truly are the most delightful little dogs with such gentle little temperaments, but sadly the majority of them will succumb to heart diseases at some point in their lives and in the end it is how we lost Miss Shelley as well. :(
Thankfully she had maintained very good health and quality of life until a week ago and only went downhill quickly yesterday.....for that I am grateful.
Sleep well my little angel....you will always own a piece of our hearts.

I know how hard this is for you, being a dog lover certainly has its tough times. But you and Miss Shelley were lucky to have each other... what a sweetie. I'm so sorry for your loss!

Oh, what a sweet face. I'm glad she did not suffer long - would be that all of us could lead a good life and then go swiftly.

Oh, I am so sorry! I have a Cavalier too and know exactly what you mean about their temperament. But you gave her a wonderful life.

Losing a dear pet is losing a special member of your family. There is sadness and an empty place in your heart and home. I am sorry for your loss.
