Your garden will be fun to see grow.

How sweet. I can just see him sending his son next year. I'm amazed by him at 72!

Oh your gardens will be so fun to watch. How are the KC pups doing?

Wool Winder

The lilacs were in bloom (in New Jersey) when my son was born, so I always think of him when I see or smell a lilac.

knitting Mania

Nice photo's this morning, your knitting is so lovely!

Laurie

That is going to be workful and satisfying.

Wow! Hard to believe, looking at the photos of your yard and garden, that just a scant two months ago it was laid under a deep pile of snow. That must not be a memory, but a dream. Right?

wynne

love the gorgeous photo of the crabapple buds! the background is so painterly. Did you end up buying a nikon?

Debbie

I love the poem! I also appreciate the pictures of the buds. I had to laugh at the comment the tiller made about sending his son! That's so funny! Bless his heart, is right. I love your yarn used in Anne's scarf. I can't wait to snatch-up some of it!

Carole

I agree that these couple of weeks of spring are the prettiest we get around here. I love that everywhere I look there is green and pink and purple and white!

Rachel

What is it with garden tillers being over 70? Every tiller I've EVER met is at least that old, lol! Not to mention, tilling is a real back-breaking job. No wonder those guys are in such good shape!

Beth

I've got part of my garden in. My weeds are doing great right now! :)

margene

You WILL have a good sized garden with a good sized harvest. I sure wish I lived close by. ;-)

Neuroknitter

What a great kick-off to Friday's Flowers!

I'm really looking forward to seeing what's blooming in blogland!!!

Thank you for the inspiration!
