Haha.......I saw this quiz on a few blogs and took the challenge.....

You're Watership Down!
by Richard Adams
Though many think of you as a bit young, even childish, you're
actually incredibly deep and complex. You show people the need to rethink their
assumptions, and confront them on everything from how they think to where they
build their houses. You might be one of the greatest people of all time. You'd
be recognized as such if you weren't always talking about talking rabbits.
Take the Book Quiz
at the Blue Pyramid.
........how fitting......LOL!
Thank you all so much from the bottom of my heart for your many birthday wishes on a day that is a bit difficult to celebrate on.

Happy birthday, gentle soul!

Happy Birthday to EWEEEEEE!!
I love, love, love the Tupelo Honey lace yarn you dyed that is perfect for the Bee shawl. I am trying to make myself finish my current shawl before allowing myself to wind the skein into a ball. However that does not preclude petting the skein, holding the skein...well you get the picture. Thanks for a terrific yarn!

If we let them steal the joy of your birthday, they win. Yes, we lost friends in the Towers and the grief will never fade, but 34 of my friends escaped. I try to celebrate the fact that so many brave and wonderful people had the courage to help others to safety. Perhaps, in the long run, 9/11 will be remembered as the triumph of human spirit, of generosity and standing together.
May the coming year bring you joy.

Just perfect!
I see the Mermaid Chair on your sidebar. I'll be interested to know what you think. I read it after SLofB and, well, wasn't my thing. I'm reading Jodi Picoult right now. Mercy (that't the title, not an exclamation). I usually love her, but this one is not my favorite.
Happy Birthday again!

Happy birthday, Kim. It must be hard to have a birthday that lands on a date which holds so many bad memories for all of us, but I hope you are able to look past that a bit and enjoy the day for yourself.
