By Jove, I Think I Have it!

Huck_towels_3

Stillness....
Wind stirs the bamboo,
But once the wind passes,
The bamboo is silent.
Geese land in the chill pond,
But once the geese fly away,
There are no reflections.
In the same way,
Once the red dust passes,
The mind is still
.

Whew.........the loom is warped and everything appears to be order.  80 skeins of new sock yarn dyed along with 15 skeins of lace.  I think I can finally take a seat and enjoy a glass of wine. :-)

Have a great weekend and if you find yourself with some free time, come up to the Fair and say hello!

Beautifully done!

This is such a beautiful, elegantly simple weaving! Nice work

gorgeous!
Good luck at the fair - your new yarn colors are wonderful... and I bet they'll soon be all gone!

Have a great time at the fair. I'm watching and waiting for that Utah yarn, just so you know.

Now this is the part of weaving that tempts me. Looks great!

Hey, that fabric looks really cool! I really admire you for being ready on time. I'd probably be rushing around like a crazy woman. :)

Excellent! Have a successful week.

Good luck and have fun at the fair! Weaving is still mysterious to me ... but your towels are looking lovely!

Beautiful. Good luck at the fair. That is an awful lot of yarn you dyed.

Hot jets! The warping and woofing are looking good.

Here's to a successful fiberfestival for you!
