Today I was supposed to visit with a group of good fiber friends at a small gathering,
but due to, well.........I won't bother getting into it, I was not able to attend. However, I did manage to spend some time in the afternoon in spirit with the girls, working on a small fiber project.
Can you guess what it is? It does not have a toe, it is not made of superwash or nylon, but rather merino and silk......and it is a very enjoyable project.
(Yes Terry, there is some scrumptious iced green tea in that pot....see I was with you in spirit...:-) )

Very pretty... hey, I have that teapot too!

Looks beautiful, and looks like the orchid lace mitts...was thinking making them for the southern "winter"...would be perfect for keeping the hands warm and functional. Gina
