Is this not the cutest thing ever?? This little guy is straight from Cancun, Mexico and I just love him!
Lynne hosts a special swap every other month for a small group of friends. Our current swap involves building a dream vacation for our swap partner. My swap partner, Marisol sent me on a trip to Cancun :-) Come along with me....
First stop, we pick up a lovely little Mexican jewlery box and some Mexican hot chocolate with a promise of a yummy recipe via email.
Next on tap is some yummy Peet's coffee in the Costa Rica blend. Given that I am a huge fan of good coffee, this was cracked open immediately. Underneath the coffee is a gorgeous calendar of Mexico....such beauty in this country.
Next stop is Vosges Haut Chocolat for some rich, dark chocolate with chili peppers and cinnamon....yum....I think that this will go really well with the margaritas we have planned after the dog show in Atlanta this weekend.
Every trip should involve color right? Well stopping along the road to pick some flowers was just the right thing to do. These sweet flowered stitchmarkers were tucked inside a handmade box.....just beautiful!
.........I saved the best part of the trip for last :-). Tucked in that box was a bundle of Crown Mountain Farm roving in "It Takes Two Baby" colorway. Whoo hoo!
What a great dream vacation....Thank you SO much Marisol!
Isn't Marisol the best!
and that sweet Lynne, she's created a great swap with this idea!
Have fun dancin' along with the It Takes Two Baby!

I LOVE Vosges chocolate! There is one with roasted almonds in a rich milk chocolate. Mmmmmmm. I would eat only that if I though I could get away with it. Lucky you!

Marisol did such a great job on your travel package!!! How fun!!! At first I thought you HAD BEEN in Cancun and I thought, HUH? I don't remember her saying she was taking a trip to Mexico! hehehe My sister went to Mexico and brought back little turtles like that for our kids - one of them lives on the dashboard of my car and I just love him. Hooray for a fun package - mine isn't quite ready to go out yet!
