What a beauty! There is nothing more fun than a energetic puppy. :)

Becca

lovely photos, beautiful puppies, inspiring projects ... it is always a gift to visit your blog.

Jean

I blubbered on and on about Maggie in my email and forgot to mention the needle cases! Works of art, Kim! Works of art. Absolutely gorgeous!

julia fc

She looks like she might even have a dignity about her (you know, those setters are so goofy sometimes) Very very cute. I can't wait to schnoogle at her. I love the needle cases: what a nice idea for the felt. Maybe I should give that one a try too. Glad to hear you're just busy and not knitting in a padded room somewhere.

Laurie

What an exquisite face! You really know how to pick 'em.

La

I totally love the freckles on your new little girl's nose!

I betcha she's gonna be a handful, the smart cute ones usually are.

Maureenm

Ohhhh....she is a beauty. You will have your hands full for sure. Your needle cases are gorgeous.

christine

Glad to hear that all is well, even though your blog is quieter than usual. The pictures are wonderful, and that face on the setter.........what a heartbreaker. (Duh, who would guess that I would say that?)

wool winder

Fabulous cases!

Cassie

What a sweet little face!

And I totally understand the opting to use your "free" time to spin instead of blog. It seems to be happening to me too. Sometimes it seems like blogging just creates more ... work. All those emails to answer and such. I decided to cut back a bit with my blogging schedule as I'm too busy to keep up with everything otherwise.

Anne

Oh, da face, da face!!

Brenda

Your needle cases are gorgeous---I've tried to wet felt large pieces of fabric, and mine always ends up way too thick in some spots and with holes in others. Maybe I need more patience! Congrats on the new baby---what says "enthusiam" better than a puppy?

margene

You are SO creative! The needle cases are fabulous out of the felted fabric you made! Enjoy your new little one;-)

--Deb

Oh boy, oh boy! Puppies always melt my heart--especially little spaniels! She's absolutely adorable.

Lynne

Well, Kim, you've done it, the perfect needle case! AND, lovely AND handmade with felt! Very nice.

Liz

Oh Kim, she's ADORABLE! How much bigger than the spaniels will she be? Love your needle case, too, but not as much as the pup. ;)

Chris

Ahhh, the English setter. Such a sweetie! I lost my heart to Irish setters years and years ago. Isn't the ES as energetic as the Irish? You do have a challenge coming!! LOL

stephanie

Oh - I love her! I love English Setters - they are so mild mannered and sweet. At least the ones I have known are. Good luck with her,
